Fluffy Clouds

Thinking of changing my profile photo. If b4 I used a pic of me showing only my shoes n my sling bag. This time around, I opt for this fluffy clouds photo. I have always been fascinated by clouds. I remember whenever I'm on an aircraft, fluffy clouds looks like cotton wool always never fail to amaze me.

Berjaya masak nasi goreng walaupun bangun tidur agak terlambat. Kelam-kabut gak la masak coz first time masak pakai cara ni (re: using pounded anchovies n belacan etc). Percubaan yg bolah di katakan agak berjaya. Rasa tuh ada la, tapi tak se-umphh mana. Improvise! Improvise!

Things at the office still a bit "hambar". Went out TS during lunch break. In the mood to organize my stuff today. Selongkar all the "lapukss" files. Updating other files. Preparing for the new semester. Kononnyer lah! ahakss...

Later at home, feeling very exhausted. For the past few days, I've been feeling very tired. Maybe due to lack of sleep. Staying up late at night, hopping from one blog to another has taken a toll on me!! This got me worried coz I am afraid it will effect my blood pressure.

Much later, nearly 11pm received a phone call from a fren telling me dat another fren's daughter had a serious bathroom mishap. Tho it was quite late, asked him to pick me up to go to the hospital. 10mins after 11pm arrived at the private hospital. When we got there, the daughter was fast asleep. She just had an opretion on her tiny shin. Earlier she n her elder sister were playing in the bathroom, she climbed onto the bathroom sink. The sink then collapsed with her on it. Resulting cut on her stomach n deep wound on her shin. Pity her... The four of us (re:Shf,Isk,Jie (isk's bro) and I) stayed there for awhile. Later, we had drinks at the mamak's place nearby.

That was my Wednesday....

Ngidam

I am craving for something cheesy at the moment....I blame this to the owner of the blog I've visited earlier. It had macaroni n cheese recipe!

Made some groceries shopping earlier (re:after the appoinment). I'm in the mood of cooking, plan to make Nasi Goreng Kampung (re:using the recipe I learned yesterday) for breakfast tomorrow morning. Now as I am typing this, the pungent smell of anchovies combined with belacan are still on my hands. (re: I've just finished pounding them)

It's 1:15am now and I haven't performed my Isya', better stop blogging now, need to wake up early tomorrow. Or else, they'll be no Nasi Goreng Kampung.

Hope it's gonna turn out looking something like this or even better!!!

Wishlist (Of Books)

Yesterday accompanied TheCikgi to the bookstore. While waiting for her, I browsed thru the novel section, felt tempted to grab few titles. But, new books are just not within my budget this month. Books from PTS publications really caught my attention. I've been admiring their titles for quite sometimes now. It seems like books published by the are simply attractive. Their books are very eye-catching; colourful covers and great animations. It's like they are publishing the new generation of books that are very appealing especially to young readers.

Most of their books that I truly admire are the one for young readers (re: high school level). Though those books are way beyond my level but I always found myself flipping thru those pages whenever I see them at the bookstores. So far I’ve purchased 2 books of its publication. Both were given to my cousins after I’ve finished with the reading.

While flipping thru the pages I made a mental note to check out PTS collection whenever I go to P0pular Bookstore. As I am sure I’ll be paying the books a bit cheaper if I were to purchase the book. (re: member’s price).

If only I can write those kinds of books…..

Today, browsed thru PTS site, found few other titles to be added to my wishlist.

Hari ini:

• Early in the morning said goodbye to my bro n SIL; they spent the night at my place last nite (too tired to continue their journey back to Jaybee)
• Later pi keje with t-shirt n track bottom coz I am dipaksa rela mengecat ari ni!!
• Tensen gilos coz keje cat-mengecat ni sangatlah mencabarnyer!! Lagi la plak pressure nak capai target nak siapkan ari ni gak.
• The pressure of kena mengecat kindda got into me (there were two other things hovering in my head that make this painting job even more difficult)
• One of the two other things is regarding tomorrow's PTD* test. Should I go or not???
